Conference Fees

The standard conference fee is $325.00 per person. A registration mailed by August 28, 2000 qualifies for a discount of $25 ($300.00 per person). A large turnout is expected, therefore early conference registration and hotel reservation is strongly recommended.

Lodging and Accomodations

Please arrange for your lodging by contacting the hotel at (866) 837-4278 and tell them you are registering for the NASA conference or book your room online. We have arranged for a group discount room rate of $139.00 per night, single or double until August 28^th, 2009. The discounted rate is valid 2 days prior and 2 days after the conference dates. We recommend reserving your rooms as soon as possible! The per person conference fee provides admittance into all user conference sessions held at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, Minneapolis South on September 28 and 29, 2008 and includes a continental breakfast and lunch buffet for both days.

Cancellation Policy
