Support - Your help on the other end

You are busy, the phones are ringing and ringing. Suddenly your computer develops a problem, and you need support. Here are some ways to make troubleshooting your problem a little easier. First, prior to making the call, be prepared. If you get an error message - write it down, but also keep the error up on your screen. This gives us clues on how it can be fixed and why it occurred. Secondly, keep in mind that the Support Staff is here to help you, and come up with a solution. Lastly, don’t try and find a solution by yourself. This minimizes the number of problems you experience.
